Nobile Hotel Estación Central

I booked this hotel so I had easy access to Terminal Sur to catch a bus in the morning. The hotel certainly fulfilled this objective. The hotel itself was clean and modern, and had one of the most comfortable beds I slept in. The wifi also worked well and I never had a problem. Breakfast was good and had a wide variety of options to choose from, ranging from eggs, to pastries, to fruits. I was only at the hotel for the evening and the morning, so I couldn't comment about the area of the hotel during the day, but during the night, the area is a bit sketchy. It is close to the Universidad de Chile metro station, so the hotel offers good transportation to elsewhere in Santiago if that's part of your plans. Lastly, restaurants and other stores close by 10, which makes finding food a bit challenging if you're checking in at or after that time. Otherwise, it was a solid hotel for the location, and the good breakfast and wifi really makes this property a good option.

This hotel is a great location. I took the bus from the airport to Estación central and walked to the hotel. The hotel is also walkable to terminal San Borja, which is the bus terminal to Valparaiso. I visited from the USA, and the front desk attendant spoke very good English which was a great surprise. The breakfast was incredible with tons of options. The room was small, but everything was clean and worked great. I arrived early and left my bags with the front desk and he kept them safe. The building is safe and secure. The price was excellent. I would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

The staff were extremely patient and helpful when we needed assistance getting taxis and retrieving a lost passport. We appreciated that they spoke English and nothing was too hard for them.

Overall reasonable standard and excellent value

Great staff the Internet was not on all the time kept gerting kicked off. Same breakfast every single day. They would cook the scrambled eggs sit for a few hours rubbery and in clumps instead of throwing it away they would add fresh eggs on top of the old. Stale pastry and rolls every day yuck.Spanish stations only exept bbc news in english. A lot of bakery around for sure they could get fresh baked pastry. Wished they had Netflix. During the day male front fesk clerk very nice.

Bed are very small even tho they are single beds

Two male front desk clerks very friendly. From the USA television movies all in spanish. I rely on my phone constantly getting kicked off the Internet. The breakfast was horrible.Cold coffee scrambled eggs sitting for a couple of hours chunks of rubber. Kiwi Sour. sausage cold and overcooked. Pastry not fresh the tiny rolls were edible to eat. Its a nice hotel I think they should cater to the people who live in the USA, Canada. UK and elsewhere. The only program I found in English was the BBC news.It would be nice if they had netflix that really would solve there problem.
