This hotel was clean and in a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed here the night before boarding the msc divina for a cruise. Found Elisa, the best of Hosts, that was brilliant in contact and information and even sorted us out a transfer to the ship the following morning. Room was stunning and even got a free breakfast. Cant recommend the 7bells enough and highly recommended

The bed sheet wasn’t clean but the staff was very nice. The location was convenient to the port for cruise

Staff unprofessional. Breakfast area was nice but breakfast was supposed to start at 8. The young woman didn’t start getting things ready until 830. Poor selection of food. Tables on balcony left unwiped. She took lots of smoke/vape breaks and texting on phone. Room had an unpleasant odor and very small.

Nice overnight stay prior to joining a cruise the next day. Stayed in the triple room which was nice & big for the two of us. Staff very nice and friendly. Took a taxi for €10 each with baggage directly to the cruise ship the next day. That made life easy!

This is a great hotel! The manager is very kind. It is clean and has a beautiful patio. We will come again!

Lovely stay. I didn’t realize the reception would be behind a locked area and on the second floor. There is a small one person elevator that worked fine to access. One of the residents in the building helped me find it, which added to its charm. I probably would not have booked had I know this fact for medical reasons. The room was well suited and clean. The bed was typical European mattress not too soft but not too firm. Standard American style toilet with a seat was a win. The common areas were nice but small. The common area patio balcony was my favorite. The view is nice and the location is great for a stay that’s convenient to shopping and restaurants. The staff are very kind and accommodating. I would book again if staying overnight before a cruise. They really take care of their guests. My only complaint was that my room wasn’t ready when I arrived, which was rough after a long overnight flight and train ride. These things happen so I didn’t feel a star deduction is necessary given the positives out weighed the negatives. Highly recommend.

Great customer service and helpful on answering questions. Coordinated port transportation to ship and held luggage until check in.
