North Entrance Beach House

Space was great.

No air con, dead fly on counter top, mouldy windows, broken kitchen draws, fridge missing shelves, only one tv in such a large house, front door lock was horrible no door handle and can only lock and unlock the door with the key, also was only given one key making it hard for us to come and go as we pleased. The jacuzzi did not heat up, and was not clean, which was a very big disappointment given it was the reason we chose this property. For a large family home it just didn’t have that Cozy feel. It felt to bare and empty and like your in an open hall.

Good location. Easy check in and check out process. Reasonable price considering.

The house was falling apart. Broken cupboards. Trip hazard with uncovered joints on the stairs. There was inadequate seating. The main living area could do with a rug and a couple of armchairs/another couch. The switches were wrong/broken. One of the queen beds was sunken. Vacuum was very weak. Spa didn't heat up. No locks in shared bathroom was an issue. And the lack of air-conditioning upstairs was horrendous especially with broken/missing flysreens. One room didn't even have a fan. The fan in the media room was broken. The ceiling fan close to bunk bed was a major hazard.

Spacious

Showers hadn't been cleaned, full of dirt and sand. BBQ not clean. Garden untidy. Pool not available. Only one set of keys. Dining chairs broken. Not true to the pictures.

Huge house with 5 bedrooms, 3 showers, 3 toilets and master with ensuite. Tiled floor throughout whole house except bedrooms. All rooms with built-in. Enough for 2 families to enjoy staying. Very quiet street and just across the entrance north bridge, steps away for fishing 🎣 Big local pub in steps away for night out. Linens and towels all in place. Washing machine and dish washer on premise, 2 sachets of detergent provided but I brought mine as well so enough to use for daily washing. Bin bags and all kitchen need items in place. I just had my dish washing detergent so had enough for dishes. Even dishwasher in, I never use it as personal choice. Swimming pool at courtyard with covered. Alfreso with BBQ on site in pagola. Huge spaces for big fam. Theater room also there separately from living room for entertainment. Toilet papers provided enoughextrayou can always buy more as local Coles in 5 mins away. Just bring toothbrush, paste, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash towel and body washer. Even can shop from Coles too. Mini soaps provided. All bed linens were super clean and well made beds. I just sprayed Detol everywhere on our arrival then left house for hours before we actually use them all. Big fridge, microwave, rice cookers, vacuumed cleaner, iron and oven there. Overall, it is exceptional holiday house for any occasions. I'd go back many more times for our holidays😊💯👍

Only minus from me were the garage was half full with extra beds when we arrived so bit squeezed to park our car inside. And the water pressure at showers were weak upstairs. 1 room had no light working but only the ceiling fan. We didn't use the room since we're only 4 of my family. 1 more thing with entry door not operated from lock inside but always have to open with key even from inside. So we only accessed via garage which is automatic with remote key. The AC remote was broken screen, still can be operated by the second remote but need some time to figure how both can work.
