Ornament Hotel

Like wine, some like it sweet, some dry. This did not work for me at any level but I see why it has a high ratings on sites. It's on the 3rd floor - No lift so be prepared if you have a lot of luggage or elderly. TV - no English channels. Day 1 - enough towels, soap and amenities. 2nd day, only one shower gel. And the gel is as small as a contact lenses holder. Day 3 had to ask for a towel, no bath towels. Day 4 - could not wait to leave.   But hey, they got my payment at check in, so why should they care? I was told breakfast only at 9am. I had prior commitments which meant I had to leave by 08h00, so no added value offering breakfast. Those that say the breakfast was amazing must love dry stale bread, eggs made  earlier and left to bake and dry out, sausage tasteless - boiled beyond I assume. Potatoes cold. Maybe its a Georgian thing, but not my taste. Get the feeling the food not eaten gets put out the next day... If this is so highly rated at this level, I shudder to think what other hotels must be like with even average scores below this hotel.... So it's great for that  "holiday accomodation feeling"  where you may want to be a bit more relaxed and be forgiving to their inadequacies. But for regular travellers who know better, stay away. You been warned. Receptionist very helpful. Did allow a late check out as flight delayed. Bed very comfy. Shower excellent. Very clean

Et lille hyggeligt hotel i centrum af byen. Morgenmaden var god og personalet serviceminded. Jeg vil klart anbefale det.

I had to climb up 3 level to get to the hotel imagine having carry on bags 😥 but generally nice room with good breakfast And friendly staff.

Hotelli oli uusi ja henkilökunta erittäin auttavainen ja ystävällinen! Sijainti on loistavaa!

Hotellin sijainti on vanhassa asuinkarrostalossa 3 kerroksella, mutta hissi puuttuu ! Sen puute tuottaa suuria vaikeuksia, erittäin iäkkäille ihmisille.Kapealla viereisellä katulla on menossa suuret rakennustyööt, mitkä haittavat hotellinn menoa.
