Ornament Hotel

Room is spacious and very clean, nice style of room and hotel. The lady on reception was extremely friendly and helpful. My next stay in Tbilisi will be Ornament hotel!

The only disadvantage is hotel located on 3rd floor without lift especially when you have few luggages.

No elevator, you have to climb the stairs upon 3rd floor.

Friendly ladies at the reception, clean room and bathroom, high ceilings, conditioner. I checked-in after midnight - everything was open and a lady at the reception met me . It was possible to order transfer from the airport, it was very convenient since I arrived after midnight. There were a kettle, cups, tea and coffee in the room, fresh towels and a bathrobe. The hotel is located in a quiet street. I really enjoyed my stay at that Ornament hotel. Thank you!

the mattress was a bit too soft for me.

Table and TV in room, useful as second display for my laptop. Stable and high-speed wifi. Big soft bed. Friendly receptionist. Air conditioning in the room. Thick curtains. Nice and clean. Comfortable wooden floor, not cold to walk on even with bare feet.

Small issue with a shower pipes: water builds up. Contrary to the room description, thin walls (I can hear literally every step as someone passes in the corridor and, obviously, receptionist can hear each my word as I talk over a phone, too). Not a good option if you're looking for a place to have a romantic date, too. Microwave oven is only in a staff room. They're always ready to help... But if you want to have a snack in a middle of a night (02-08 am), you're out of luck.
