Staff were so helpful and accommodating, breakfast was incredible. The pool facilities were great.

Wow, amazing hotel in a nice little town with wonderful views. We loved the wellness area with lovely 2 pools, sauna and relaxation facilities and the outdoor jacuzzi. Very good breakfast and welcoming staff, all of them. We had a very spacious 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen so we enjoyed dinners on our balcony admiring the dolomites in front of us.

It was mentioned that there is an AC but there isn't, not in the rooms any way, and it was too hot at night (we didn't want to open the curtains so we wouldn't wake up too early so opening the windows didn't help much). It was also a problem for us that we couldn't leave the light on in the bathroom for the night because the white curtain and glass door didn't block the light. The shower needs an update to meet hotel standards.

Could not recommend this hotel more highly. Amazing views, friendly staff, great facilities and delicious food. Exceeded our expectations.

As meninas que nos atendem no restaurante. Elas são maravilhosas.

Infelizmente, de forma automática o booking colocou dois quartos, pois de alguma forma o hotel não liberava para que minha filha de 10 anos ficasse no mesmo quarto que a gente. Pagamos, achando que os quartos eram conjugados. Mas não! Chegamos lá e entendemos que pagamos por dois quartos, ou seja, o dobro do preço e claro que só usamos um quarto. Como uma criança de 10 anos ficaria sozinha num quarto de hotel que não é conjugado, ou seja, que é completamente isolado? Longe dos pais num lugar estranho? Quando questionamos a atendente que fez o check in, ela disse que não podia fazer nada sobre o valor que pagamos por este quarto a mais, que se eu tivesse mandado um e-mail antes, talvez pudessem fazer algo. Ficamos em choque com o descaso deles. Calmamente apenas disseram, paguem o dobro, não ligamos.
