Fabulous Hotel recently updated in 2018 with modern finishes. Everything was amazing - the Staff was over the top friendly and helpful, the bar area with fireplace and expert mixologists exceptional, nice afternoon tea, beautiful views, delicious restaurant for breakfast (need to book ahead to seat for dinner @30 euros/pp/4 courses, spa exceptional with heated pool, lounge, massage and rooms big with wonderful showers, toiletries (hyaluronic lotion) and wonderful outside area with hot tub, outside fire pit and balconies to view the mountain scape. We will return to stay here and spend more time in Castelrotto - a wonderfully idyllic location for experience and close proximity to ski slopes.

Beautiful hotel and mountain view, impeccable design and really comfortable room. Staff was incredibly friendly, organised a lovely cake and generous late check out for my birthday. Can recommend 100% and will be back soon.

Maria was a superb hostess at the hotel - checking us in efficiently, parking our car and getting the bags to the room. She gave us a wonderful overview of the facility and the area. The bar makes an amazing Dolomite martini … absolutely superb!!!!!!

Everything. From the time we arrived being greeted by the lovely staff, then the ease of unloading and parking the car. We were given a fabulous welcome drink before being shown to our room and having everything explained to us. We purchased a half board package and it did not disappoint, the evening meals were of a very high standard and beautifully presented. The staff were professional, friendly and trained to a high standard. Most could speak several languages well. The spa facilities were luxurious and the gym was impressive for a boutique hotel. Then there are the outstanding views of the Dolomites from nearly every room of the hotel.

Nothing, wish we could have stayed longer!

This hotel is gorgeous!!!!! Everything from the staff to the room to the food to the bar to the sauna/pool/jacuzzi to the view from our room … unbelievable!!! We even met the owner who was si si nice!!! We are coming back!!

The location was terrific. The rooms, restaurant and facilities were all exceptional. But what really stood out to us was the staff. Everyone from the wait staff to cleaning staff, bar staff and reception were so happy, friendly and helpful. We felt we were in the happiest place on earth.
