Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Wed 01 Nov 2023 until Sat 06 Apr 2024 Restaurant #1 is closed from Sun 01 Oct 2023 until Sat 15 Jun 2024 Bar is closed from Sun 01 Oct 2023 until Sat 15 Jun 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that breakfast is not included for the maisonettes. It can be arranged for an extra fee. Towels are not provided for the maisonettes. They can be rented on site. End-of-stay cleaning fees for the maisonettes: - A EUR 50 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included for stays of 3 nights or less - A EUR 65 end-of-stay cleaning fees is not included or stays of 4 nights and more Guests can choose to pay the end-of-stay cleaning fee or clean the accommodation themselves. Please note that 1 pet can be accommodated per unit for an extra charge. Pets are not allowed at the property from mid-June to mid-September. Pets allowed, EXCEPT June 15 to September 15.
