the staff were friendly and helped a lot.

The location is quite out of the way, as a solo traveller I didn’t feel very safe. the lock on the door was incredibly flimsy. The staff, though lovely, were very hard to get a hold of when you needed help and the facilities were very unclean behind the bed was a horror show. The pool felt very unclean and it was full of bugs. The power went out for two of the nights I was there and I struggled to get a hold of a staff member the first time and was left in the dark and quite scared.

We booked a driver to pick us up from the harbour but he never showed up. We waited for half an hour and then we had to take a expensive hustler from the street. Turns out the driver was there too early even though we sent the ticket with all the information days in advance. We booked scooters with 3 helmets and phone holders. The scooters we got looked like they shouldn’t be in traffic anymore. Very old and rusty. Only one helmet. No phone holders. We were so disappointed we ended up calling a scooter rental because the scooters just didn’t look safe. Got brand new scooters with everything we needed in half an hour from an outside rental.

it was ok . nothing very special . the people very nice and helpful with the check in

water . every day the water stopped . we had to find someone in the property and help us . even at night or early morning internet . almost no internet
