Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage. Starbucks direkt neben dem Hotel, Kaffee in den frühen Morgenstunden also gewährleistet. Die Zimmer waren sauber und es war erstaunlich leise. Frühstück haben wir lediglich am Tag der Abreise dazugebucht. Es war nicht aussergewöhnlich, aber ok. Alles in allem alles perfekt für einen schönen Aufenthalt in Den Haag.

Die Betten waren für mich etwas zu weich.

Trotz der Innenstadtlage war es möglich gut zu schlafen. Kleiner Frühstücksraum es ist jedoch alles ausreichend vorhanden für einen guten Tag. Kühlschrank und sogar Mikrowelle vorhanden.

Reinigung des Zimmers erfolgt nur nach Anmeldung an der Tür. Kissen und Matratze für uns zu weich. Aber für paar Tage reicht es.
