MYMYI didnt get to stay because only 5 minutes before i arrived,indian female receptionist call me and inform me that my room have been occupied. U imagine that time is around 7pm,i need the room for my kids to have rest after a long journey. She said she already give my room that i have booked earlier to other walk in family because they want straight 4 days, that more profitable for them compare to me just book for 1 night. However i think its still unfair to me who planned well for my vacation with my family. She said i can book another room since i s didnt make any payment ye.. of course i dint meake any payment because i just follow guideline in the booking .if they said i need to make payment earlier i can make it,ni problem..but what they did is unfair. They dont apologies to me, instead they say its a normal things that always happened at the hotel..

MYMYMYMYVery terrible reception service, room was booked one day earlier and when I reached it says the only deluxe was booked by others because the customer extended one more day, this is horrible and reception was like nothing and arranges another budget room for me. This is so UN professional and terrible
