"Overall the Hotel is run like a personal business reservations dictate who stays and who goes"

Staff especially front desk and reservation are rude their PR miserable, attitude towards guests very poor. Guest membership and level of membership they do not take into regard or consideration

"Great stay! However, there was no washing sponge to clean dirty dishes or broom to sweet the floor"

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment on the 7th floor with exceptional views of the habour. The rooms are nice and spacious and very clean. Really like the master bedroom with ensuite. Beds nice and comfy

There was no microwave in the kitchen.

"Value for money, very spacious apartments"

The relatively new Crown Plaza Residences offer very spacious and well appointed serviced apartments. Service is great and all staff very courteous. Internet is very fast though the IP TV isn't so easy to handle. Ample parking available if you have your own vehicle. Elevators are dead slow, the only small minus. A new restaurant on ground has also opened ('Port'). Overall very recommended for business or leisure.
