Nouakchott Hotel

A very Nice place to stay in Nouakchott . Extremely clean and all employees very friendly . Rooms are big enough . Just check the WiFi before accommodation g any room some has very good connections other much less .

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Not many options in Nouakchott, would choose this hotel next time. Breakfast was nice and included in the nightly rate, lot's of choices. Pool area looked nice though I did not use the pool. The location is pefect.

This relatively new hotel offers a very clean and pleasant environment accompanied by fresh and tasty food. Although I have yet to find a place where spicy plates are served, this place offers the best I have seen to date. I encourage the hotel to include some varieties from around the world. These days it should not be difficult with YouTube chefs :).

Overnight stay in room 309. The room was medium to small in size but comfortable, clean and air conditioned. I had dinner and breakfast there and wasn't ill as a result. Dinner consisted of kebabs and Samosas and breakfast was cereal, breads and pancakes. The limited melon fruit was fresh and tasty and I had 100% fresh ginger juice for the first time in my life, which was quite tasty after overcoming my initial surprise as I had been expecting grapefruit juice from the colour of the liquid in the jug. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were overfilled for my liking and I slept without them. The shower ran out of hot water after about ten to twelve minutes of use, so lather up and rinse off quickly. There is no kettle for hot water (coffee or tea) in the room. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and vastly superior to my previous Mauritanian hotel experiences. I would stay again.

Terrible service. Clueless restaurant staff. Never stay here. They could not find my laundry, one simple t-shirt. The room is fair but small and smells of fresh concrete. The main turnoff is the terrible service in the restaurant and the bad breakfast

I was in Nouakchott on business recently and, though I was not staying in Nouakchott Hotel, I frequently had my meals there. I was pleasantly surprised at the warm welcome and excellent service we received in their upstairs restaurant. The meals were wonderful - whether it was prawns, or fish or even the various soups, the dishes were excellent. Sy Amadou, who was often our waiter, was amazing and spared no effort in making us feel so welcome and special. His sense of humour and great smile made it such a pleasure to eat there. I was also impressed at the flexibility shown in preparing dishes if we requested a slight variation in a menu item. Great place! I saw one of the rooms - great decor, modern, clean and quite spacious. I would highly recommend it for any business traveller. And please ask for and reward Sy Amadou immensely should you get the warm hospitality we received! By the way, there's also a great Lebanese sidewalk restaurant just down the road should you need variety. It really comes alive in the evening after the local equivalent of a 'siesta'. Enjoy!

during my second short stay in nouakchott I tried to pick a new hotel and try to seeany difference among other and yet I was surprised to discover thatthis hotel gives a mini 5star service ,clean room ,tidy and modern lift and various meals at the lobby buffet

After a terrible experience in another hotel I finally had possibility to take a good rest in a comfortable room. All nice from welcoming to the check out. For sure a recommended hotel for any kind of visit. Price are good and services are professional.
