My stay was truly exceptional. The entire staff was incredibly attentive, consistently friendly, and always dedicated to ensuring the comfort and well-being of their guests. My suite was impeccably maintained and cleaned daily, providing a welcoming and relaxing environment throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the option to have breakfast delivered directly to my suite, which made each morning especially enjoyable. The breathtaking view from the terrace added a unique touch of elegance and made the overall experience even more memorable. Special thanks to Misael, Gabriel, and Bianca. They were always available with excellent recommendations and valuable local insights about Puerto Vallarta, which made my stay even more enjoyable. It’s a nice simple 2 to 3 star if that’s what you’re looking for.

If you are expecting a high level property this isn’t it. Lots of simple small matters that down grade the place . Orange Juice says freshly squeezed and it isn’t and when asked about this it turns out it’s from a container and diluted further. No coffee in the room. Building is run down in a run down area. Breakfast is poor

Comfortable, clean, quiet. Lounge chairs, umbrella, beach towels, snorkel equipment provided for use at no extra cost. Breakfast was excellent in taste and portion.

No food service at the pool area, only drinks

Location and view. Sumptuous breakfast.

Some of the doors were hard to maneuver in opening .
