"Fabulous everything at this small boutique hotel with rooftop pool and views."

The staff at this hotel are EXCEPTIONAL, always so friendly, happy and helpful. They do their best to accommodate everything you need. The location is superb right at the start of the south end of downtown Puerto Vallarta opposite the beach, El Barracuda beach bar. I have stayed here many times and it is my favourite place to stay in PV. The rooftop pool, yoga platform and patio bar are lovely with amazing views over the Bay of Banderas and the city.

Great location right across from the ocean! Very clean great housekeeping, a great breakfast, nice patio deck facing ocean, great customer service,, pool bar at rooftop was beautiful, and good value for your money.

Drinks at pool bar we're not that good!

Decent location Pool is nice and pool bar is great

The pictures make this hotel look a lot nicer than it is! - reception staff were rude and unfriendly - the male was primarily concerned with selling tours (as if he was one of the vendors on the street) and the female was blunt and helpful when we went to the front desk with queries. The best member of staff by a long way was the man that runs the pool bar - Room 206 is awful - it is completely dark and the lights offer nothing to brighten it up, and there was a bad stench from the bathroom constantly. The balcony offers awful views over a construction site

We had a nice spacious room! The breakfast was good too! The staff was very kind and friendly. The rooftop bar was wonderful! The drinks and nachos are delicious!
