Guests planning to arrive outside of reception opening hours must inform Apartamentos Concorde in advance. Late check-in outside of regular hours incurs a surcharge of 20 EUR. If the transfer service from the airport or central train station is requested, late check-in costs 20 EUR for key delivery, in addition to the corresponding taxi fare. In this case, a taxi will pick up the guest at the gate and deliver the apartment keys. Pets are welcome for a supplement of 6 € per day. Additionally, a security deposit of 30 € will be requested, which will be returned upon departure provided that the apartment rules have been respected.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

La ubicación, el parking y la piscina están a un alto nivel.

El primer día nos dieron un apartamento sin reformar que no se correspondía con los servicios que se indicaban en el anuncio. Ell baño tenía una bañera reducida con una cortina de ducha bastante vieja y no disponía de lavadora. El aspecto era de un piso muy viejo. Lo comentamos en la Recepción y nos cambiaron desde el segundo día hasta el final de la estancia a otro apartamento que se quedó libre, que sí estaba renovado, con plato de ducha y mamparas en el baño, con lavadora y de aspecto mucho más nuevo. En este segundo apartamento estuvimos muy a gusto, pero el primero no se corresponde con el precio que se paga por él.

Ubicación, limpieza y servicio del personal excelente. Para viajar con amigos estudiantes es perfecto ya que es espacioso y está muy bien comunicado con Alicante mediante transporte público.

Pri rannom prichode sme si mohli nechat batozinu v kancelarii, kde sme mali hned aj umozneny vstup do bazena, kym sme cakali na pripravu nasho ubytovania. Cisty, priestranny, pekny apartman, udziavany bazen s prijemnou atmosferou, v kancelarii, kde sme dostali kluce som si pozicala bycikel, personal bol mily a ochotny vsetko vysvetlit. Blizko bola aj zastavka elektricky.

Prekvapilo ma, ze v kosi na smeti neboli sacky. Oni boli sice zvlast pripravene v balickoch, ktore sme si nasli v kuchyni, ale mysleli sme si, ze to su nahradne. Cize pri odchode sme museli smeti prehadzovat z kosa do sacku na smeti.
