Ingoldale Holiday Park

Not a great caravan park.

We didn’t get what we booked for and when I’ve asked I was told that photos used on Booking have an advertising purpose. Disappointing experience comparing to other places where we’ve been before.

The location was fab

Limited parking but that was a very minor issue

Great location, excellent value for money. It exceeded both our expectations. We had a fantastic weekend staying here. A couple of minutes walk to the main attraction, there is also a bus stop straight outside which takes you either into Skegness or to chapel. Plenty of local amenities.

The site was slightly basic, could do with designated parking or some ground works to tidy the site up a bit.

Site was clean and van

Alarm from a car going off all night lead to little sleep right near our van photos were deceiving van looked nothing like what I thought we had paid for the WiFi never worked on the code given

Caravan was cleaned well. Plenty of storage space & coat hangers !

Heating did not work [ only hot water ]Front gas ring on cooker faulty.Gas fire did not work . Strong damp smell in main toilet. Light did not work in en-suite. Very thin duvet. Office closed at 4.00 pm Mon - never saw it open again during our stay. No answer on telephone number we were given when we rang.. Outside large area of decking but it was filthy with alot of pidgeon poo, also no chairs to use on it. Caravan approx 2 ft from a very large [ 20 ft ?] conifer hedge. No outside light so black when returning at night.

It was clean and comfortable.

The caravan was spotless and the caravan park was close too amenities for us.and the staff very helpful I would go again.only problem wd had was that the settee furniture was very hard and uncomfortable for us staying for a wk.maybe next time just do a few days because off the furniture problem. otherwise it was a excellent stay

It was a beautiful caravan, the site was spotless a few minutes to the attractions
