Ingoldale Holiday Park

The caravan was very spacious, well equipped and very clean. Quite close to amenities.

When walking to the caravan or out of the caravan park, there isn't much lighting, ie lamp posts.

The caravan was amazing had everything we needed for our weeks stay. Very clean and comfortable. Within walking distance of everything.

The caravan was nothing like the one I had booked through booking. Com The caravan was basic to say the least and no cushions, pillow flats very poor lighting no lamps in bedrooms as from the TV it would play for 10 minutes and then shut of off now I will start on outside the caravan the health and safety does not come in to it slabs not level not laid properly very uneven as for steps into the caravan was most unstable as for the 3 high steps they were placed on two pieces of broken slabs as for hand rail is most unsuitable for the height as you can appreciate with a broken foot it was very difficult getting in and out of caravan .as for asked why not go home this was not a opposition as we were brought here and we had picked up on12 sep we did enquire about taxi and how much it would be £170 as we are all pension age this was not possible.i had a fall of my scooter on Thursday 4th Sept on the Friday5thmy foot was very sore and swollen attended hospital in Skegness had xrays and broken my foot i also had to injection my self for 10 days to stop blood clotting. The reason I was thrown off my mobility scooter was the front wheel get stuck in uneven ground. I have photographic evidence of all I have spoken about.as you can see from my booking with you from 24 perfect 👌 but not this year I would appreciate a speedy reply.
