Ruim opgezet, prima parkeren en het zwembad was schoon maar meer ook niet.

Het bed was ontzettend hard buiten het feit je we terug gingen in de tijd (bordeaux rode kamer), het personeel zeer onbeleefd en zeker niet servicegericht (kon geen lach af), de ligging naar Coimbra was 22 minuten maar wisten we vooraf, het ontbijt buffet na 8.30 was leeg en werd niet meer aangevuld ook niet na een vraag om nog een extra eitje en tomaat te krijgen. Tevens jammer dat er geen koffiezetapparaat en waterkoker op de kamer staat.

A cama era boa e o quarto espaçoso. Os funcionários foram todos muito prestáveis. O pequeno almoço poderia ter mais variedade, mas não faltava nada de essencial. O almoço executivo foi muito agradável, com uma qualidade preço excelente.

É mais uma sugestão, mais luz na zona da banheira.

Very nice location. Good breakfast

Had to wait until 6.30pm to check in as not enough staff to clean the rooms. Marcos the restaurant manager was extremely rude. Waited over an hour for 3 teas only to be told there was no hot water in the kitchen. Ordered 4 sandwiches, waited over an hour to have a small plate of cheese put on the table. Were told later it was complimentary as no facilities in the kitchen working to make sandwiches...No hot water to shower before we had breakfast. Not good enough for a 4 star hotel
