Gostei das piscinas e infra estrutura externa próxima as praias. Equipes atenciosas e dispostas, na maioria das ocasiões.

O quarto poderia ter um isolamento acústico e de luminosidade melhor. Barulho do corredor, móveis arrastados no andar de cima e cortador de grama externo foram constantes. São pontos importantes para quem viaja com criança pequena. Alguns detalhes como pequenos reparos não realizados também chamaram atenção. Ex.torneira, corrente da porta e cofre solto. Sobre a alimentação, esperava um pouco mais de variedade, principalmente comparando com o Grand Palladium.

"Excelente hotel all inclusive para hospedagem em família"

O resort ser compacto com proximidade da praia com a piscina, praia muito boa, boa infraestrutura de lazer para crianças, quarto espaçoso, recém reformado, boa comida para um hotel estilo resort, simpatia dos funcionários.

Colchão da cama, internet no quarto não funcionava direito. Tem uma cafeteria ótima que funciona QUASE 24h, porém quando precisamos sair do hotel antes do horário do café da manhã, não estava aberta e fez falta. Estrutura do clubinho um pouco distante do hotel.
