Great apartment in Torremolinos, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Lovely hot shower and plenty of towels. Great communication. Ideal location for visiting the area, a few minutes walk to the station, shops and restaurants and cafes.

Very cozy and well located apartment.

Location was wonderful. Close to great restaurants and all the action, as well as banks, grocery stores, shopping and the train. Elevator made it handicap accessible which was the primary reason we booked this apartment. It had a washer, decent size refrigerator, and an induction 2 burner stovetop. A/c worked well. Bed was very comfortable.

Pigeons. The enclosed balcony space had functioning floor to ceiling windows, but the birds, bird feces, bird feathers, and bird mites made opening any windows impossible. It seemed things were done with minimal expenditure, although the basic necessities were there (except a drying rack). We were there for 6 weeks. I recommend this apartment for short holiday stays only. It works for a place to sleep while taking in all the area has to offer. Remember, this is a large property management company, not a local property owner.

- Very comfortable bed; - clean and well-equipped bathroom and kitchen

- there was only one air conditioner for the entire open space of the house (not enough); - the house was dark because there was a window covered by an outer awning; - terrible view of a building in ruins, with constant pigeon noise.

It does not have parking as advertised and the apartment smells like naftalin probably coming from the wardrobe which is unusable.
