Great communication from the start. Superb location and fresh breakfast daily - a good combination of traditional Moroccan and fresh fruit. Azedine and Adil are warm welcoming and incredibly helpful. They go above and beyond. Loved how calm and serene the apt is perfect for a good nights sleep.

Breakfast was great. Location was fabulous. Close enough to the main road to get your luggage through and next to the Medina so its all at your doorstep.

The hot water only lasted 2 or 3 showers. We were 2 families in 2 rooms of 4 and 5 people each. So the water ran cold after 3 showers. The breakfast/breakout area was quite chilly in December.

The owner is a very nice guy. Always checks on us everyday if we are ok. The Dar is perfectly located and a few meters from the medina at the same time a few meters away as well from the main road. Breakfast is good too. Will definitely come back gere.

We were very well received by Azeddine, who was extraordinarily kind and remarkably benevolent. the entire Riad team is attentive. the breakfast is delicious and the location of the Riad located at the entrance to the medina, the blue gate is not far from the Riad and all the historic places are close we will come back with pleasure. We recommend without any hesitation.

Beautiful and well renovated guest house. Air conditioning in the room was wonderful since it was hot the weekend we visited. Host was very welcoming and helped us with everything. He helped us discover a local Hammam and also arranged a wonderful tour guide for us to visit the Medina. Breakfast was really delicious and plentiful. It is very well located, easy to find and also close to the famous “blue gate” and lots of cafes and restaurants. We also had our own key to come and go as we pleased which was nice! The suite was great for a family.

Safe and nice area, one of the most rich and very close to the heart of old Medina. The owner is very helpful and has got lots of recommendations about the places where to go.

The location of the riyad is very convenient as its on the edge of the medina and close to an access road. Thus, its very quick and easy to get to a friend's car or taxi to go elsewhere in Fes. At the same time you are in the medina which makes exploring its labyrinth of streets, markets, hammams, madressas and countless other wonders very easy. The riyad is beautifully decorated in typical fesi style and the hosts are very helpful and do their utmost to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast is scrumptious with Moroccan breads, jams, cheese, olives, eggs, fruit and coffee and is an ideal start to your day.

The wifi was a little bit spotty and I had to find a good spot near the bedroom door to make calls. The street outside my window was a little noisy in the early evenings with passers by talking loudly. This is unavoidable and a part of the experience but it was very quiet after 10pm.

The location is excellent- in the medina yet not far from where a taxi will drop you off. The room AC worked great despite the heat wave and there was plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the shower. The host was very accomodating when we wanted early breakfasts. The Superior Suite was very spacious and had a mini fridge so we always had access to cold beverages when we came in and could have happy hour after a long day of sightseeing. The suite was also very quite since you can close off the living room area that faces the medina.

The twin and double rooms that we booked for our son and daughter were on the smaller side but perfectly functional. There is a some noise from the medina in those rooms but that is pretty common.

Very beautiful Riyad, within walking distance from Medina. Few meters from car driven street. Excellent host, Mr Azeddine tries hard to provide you comfort and facilities. Nice breakfast with different traditional items.

Through the bathroom is nice and clean but the shower is little low on space. As this is a family house transformed in Riyad, this is understandable.
