The property uses photos and the address of another, more popular Riad to prompt their page. The owner was rude and condescending upon arrival. He booked excursions without our express consent, was not present throughout our stay, and refused to let us leave the property because we refused to pay for a broken iron that was broken by his staff member upon arrival. When we refused to pay for the planted faulty iron, he physically assaulted us, blocked the only exit, and forced cash from our hands. This is the worst traveling experience I have ever had. Please do not book with this “Riad.”

Ramouz Kasbah was great! Ezdi was so helpful in picking us up when we arrived and made sure we were taken care of our whole trip. He was very knowledgeable about what we should do and helped us in planning our days. From the Riad it was easy to walk to the Medina/Market which was great! I would definitely stay here again.
