Lovely place and the owner was very welcoming. Nice sized room with super comfy bed. Everything was spotless. Excellent breakfast both days. Great value for money. Would definitely stay again.

Only fault was the the shower temperature struggled to get a nice temperature as it was either really hot or cold and nowhere inbetween

The little things such as thanking guests for their custom and wishing them a good day etc would make us want to return

Everything about the stay was brilliant ! I really recommend anyone thinking to stay in Scarborough to come here. Breakfast in the morning was lovely just to top it off too.

The host was very welcoming and informative. The bed was comfortable. There are lots of products offered in the bathroom to use freely. (shampoo,conditioner,shower gel,hand cream) Tea,coffee,biscuits in the bedroom. It was very quiet and pitch black when going to sleep. Breakfast was plentiful and well cooked. All on all we had a very comfortable and pleasant experience. I eoukd definitely recommend it to anyone, and we will be back in the future. Thank you to the hard-working owner for her hospitality.

We liked everything. The only constructive criticism that I would say is the bath could fo with a non-slip mat in it.
