Beautiful place to stay, terrace with view of whole Ljubljana, very clean.

The building was still a construction site. Loose wiring everywhere, even in the bathroom. Unsafe stairs, no fire exit, no smoke detectors. No ventilation in kitchen and bathroom. Tap was not attached to sink. Toilet was running whole night. Mentoined this to the owner through sms but got no reply. There seem to be a lot fake one word reviews on other websites. The furnace didnt work, 3 external plates were provided but 1 had loose wires ( this is high power! Very dangerous) water cooker smelled like paint. Obviously the place is not suitable to receive guests. The plave should be finished first. Pictures of other building shown on all hotel websites.
