I loved the apartment, it was clean and very well equipped.

The apartment is above a bussy road and even bussier railway...It was very very noisy during night. What I had a personal problem with but may be normal within Bologna is that despite you have there heating, you can adjust temperature at maximum that is allowed by the city and that be 18-19 degrees at night - meaning heating is not working and heating is off because you have reached maximum temperature that be as stated above...and 20-21 degrees in apt during the day what is mainly not importat as you are mostly away from the apartment. That is horrible to wake up during night at 3 o´clock feeling cold and having to sleep with a blanket on your head thinking why is the heating off...The owner adjusted the temperature +1 degree for us but no, this is no go for me to go somewhere and feel cold at night. I am very sorry to give this bad review but this disappointed me very much. I chose the apartment according to reviews as I am always checking location and almost none of reviews stated noisy road and railway and none stated limits within heating and temeprature in apartment. Also if you want to pay for the parking you have to look for it and there is one for the whole block, we found it by accident while driving a car..

In the room at the end the beds are narrow and uncomfortable. Breakfast: cookies loft for the stay

Spacious apartment, equipped with everything one might need. Spotless clean and very comfortable. Warm and positive atmosphere. The host is extremely welcoming and helpful beyond words. All in all it was a wonderful experience and a pleasure to stay here.

It is a little further away from the center, but there is a bus stop right in front of the apartment building. This is not even a negative point since a 20min walk to the center is not that far after all and there are plenty of things to see along the way.

The place is totally cosy and you instantly feel like at home. The kitchen has everything you need. It's really clean. The hostes Annalisa was extremely friendly and welcoming, she gave us very useful tips. The offered breakfast was more than enough for us. Parking was not a problem.
