"Great location, I'd stay again, but it wouldn't be suitable for many of my friends."

Great central location, good room, comfy bed, large shower, plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits, plus a room where you could get more.

Would not be suitable for anyone who could not manage stairs, limited parking nearby, breakfast offering.

"A night in Lytham"

The room was huge and nicely decorated. The bathroom was a generous size and the bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent for restaurants and parking.

No blinds at the window, only heavy curtains, meaning they had to be closed for privacy and the room got very warm. The location means there are 2 bars around the corner that are open until 1am and it was very noisy until almost 2am. The stairs are also a substantial flight and quite steep and the hallway had a lot of cobwebs.

"I liked Lytham If I visit again I’ll look alternative places to stay"

The location was great

The room was smaller than I expected for a Deluxe Double Room and please, please, get new pillows! It was like sleeping with my head on a bag of cement! The breakfast-in-a-bag was a cute concept and I appreciate that giving everyone the same thing is simple but surely it wouldn’t be that onerous to get guests to complete a ticket list menu of things they do or don’t want - I could have saved you the apple, and the orange juice. I’d have been happy with just the yoghurt and the croissant
