Clean, great location really high standard decor etc

Very well equipped. Great location. Great coffee.

No lift, although only a minor point. My bathroom glass was broken and leaked.

The cleanliness, the comfort and the location.

Everything was spot on. Excellent. Will would highly recommend. We will be re visiting again soon.

Spotless room, great location

The location was great and central to the town centre. Parking not available at the site itself which is understandable for a for a town centre hotel but reasonably priced close by.

I thought it was a little overpriced for what is effectively just the bedroom and the self service aspect.

Nice large, clean, comfortable room situated in the heart of Lytham town center. Room kitted out with everything you require coupled with a nice large bathroom.

My only minor gripes were that the wi-fi was a little hit and miss during my stay which affected ability to conduct work/video calls and the hot water took a fair few minutes to come through; nothing major enough for me to dislike my stay but thought I’d mention.
