Funwan Hotel

Clean rooms, quiet location. Staff very nice.

Shower pressure not great but maybe better on the lower floor.

Breakfast buffet was good but was only served when there were enough guests. Otherwise they'd cook your food to order. Staff were all great. View is spectacular. Grounds are neat and well tended. Pua has a good night market and more restaurants than I've ever seen in a town this size.

Only downside to the room was that the walls were a bit acoustically challenged. Late arrivals were noticeable.

Es war angenehm privat. Ich war für eine Nacht da, als ich auf Durchreise war. Der Ort selber hat nicht viel zu bieten, aber die Unterkunft war komfortabel und gemütlich.

Leider sind die Matratzen etwas hart, das aber in Thailand häufig der Fall

Sehr spartanische ausstattung des zimmers. Grosses zimner ohne moebel. Nur ein Tisch u d ablage an der wand sonst kahle waende.

The family house we booked was spacious and clean with all we needed. They welcome you with cakes and drinks and give you fresh croissants as you leave.

The lady at the reception was very unfriendly. We arrived at 2:40 and they left us waiting with our two small kids and bags outside the house until 3PM when was the check-in time. There were no other guests in hotel. Unbelievable. There is no door between the bedroom and living room, which gives no privacy. Strong sewage smell from both bathroom, which can easily be avoided with installing smell traps.

Er was een probleem met het inchecken maar dat werd heel snel opgelost, verder kreeg ik ook nog taart bij het inchecken.
