"Really lovely hotel, especially for families."

It was clean and tidy. A nice size room. A kettle and stocked fridge (mini bar, snacks). Lots of towels and pillows. Comfy beds. Nice friendly staff. Nice cafe/restaurant on site, serving a good choice of food. Nice breakfast every day. Some reviews complain about the karaoke bar noise but it happened for one night and wasn't too bad. Also it finished at about 1am so no big deal. Every member of staff were friendly amd helpful.

We had a kettle, but just tea bags and sugar. Coffee and milk would have been good. The TV (google) wasn't updated so we couldn't watch Netflix unfortunately, we could've got it sorted by the staff. The breakfast was lovely but would've preferred a buffet or choice from a selection rather than daily set menu.

"Cozy stay in Bishkek!"

Actually it was really comfortable due to the room is pretty big in comparison with other hotels’ rooms. Furthermore, I liked that cozy vibe at the hotel, so definitely a good one.

We thought they prepare good steaks, not that much
