New property , so beddings was decent.

Check-in staff on reception was very rude and non cooperative, annoyance started from the check in process. No hot water kittle for tea in the room , charging 4K but no soap or toiletries provided neither dental kit nor comb no moisturiser , just bare room . Step to enter bathroom , bad for senior citizens. Bathroom is on the window side and so blocked window for rooms , pathetic designing of room having no window , no light , no air , but bathroom is full of light and air.
