Nice river view from the dining room on the 6th floor

Terribly loud music playing somewhere causing the walls to vibrate till quite late Key card to enable lights and a/c, stifling hot room when you enter. Very loud A/C No soundproofing, every noise in the corridor, even normal conversation clearly heard. The alleys around the hotel are dark and empty. Upon inquiring about it at the reception, I was advised to hire transport.
