Perfect little calm getaway in the center of the busy Medina. Very close to all the main attractions and close to great food options. The staff were so welcoming and kind.

Incredible customer service and authentic riad beautifully cared for. My room was very cold (in Jan) so I messaged the owner. Within literally a minute I had an extra heater arrive at my room and help with the radiator. Lovely terrace and very easy to find from the souks.

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert deswegen konnten wir das Zimmer nicht heizen. Warmwasser gab’s auch nicht. Wir konnten die vier Tage nicht einmal duschen. Wir hatten am ersten Tag Schwierigkeiten das Hotel zu finden. Es ist nirgendswo ausgezeichnet wo das Hotel ist. Wir haben das Hotelpersonal angeschrieben, dass das Warmwasser nicht funktioniert und die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert und es nachts kalt ist und bis heute obwohl wir schon ausgereist, sind noch keine Antwort bekommen und keine Hilfe bekommen. Man ist in dem Hotel komplett Aufsicht eingestellt.

Muy bien ubicado, en todo el centro de la medina. El problema es encontrarlo, ya que las calles son un poco laberínticas, sobre todo si llegas por la noche, que está todo desierto y da un poco de miedo adentrarse por aquellos callejones. El dueño muy amable, la habitación muy amplia y muy pintoresca. El baño muy árabe, muy bonito, solo que la potencia del agua es muy baja. En general muy bien.

great Riad, great price/quality, very quiet and peaceful area, loved the terrace overlooking the city - bed was comfortable and bathroom all functional.

Camera spaziosa, Riad in posizione tattica, un po' nascosto quindi da individuare la prima volta, ma comunque semplice da raggiungere a piedi dai punti strategici della città. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. La nostra esperienza è sicuramente positiva.

El único detalle fue que nunca pudimos co.unicarnos con el Riad para información de traslado aereopuerto-hotel y mas señaletica para llegar.
