ZABenita was an amazing hostess. Breakfast was wonderful! Because the guest house is in a neighborhood, she ensured that wherever we went, transport was arranged and provided us with her connections contact numbers. Clean, comfortable bed, beautiful setting, and views. Thank you for being so warm, friendly, and caring about your guests.
While the guesthouse has a great view, as shown in the picture, the guesthouse itself is not as well kept as in the picture. My feedback to hostess, the guesthouse, has so much potential, a little updating, adding a modern touch to and removing the clutter would transform the space into a beautiful space and showcase its full potential.

ZAAs our stay was to attend a Wedding at 1207 Johannesdal Estate, it's location could not be better! The nifty little thoroughfare, literally giving you direct access to 1207 Johannesdal, made this one of the best placed locations. The staff are ultra friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. (Continental Style) Facilities are comfortable and fresh and kept clean. Amazingly. Book your stay!

ZAThe rooms were well sized and equipped with everything one would need, the bed was large and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the wedding venue we attended a wedding at, was literally within walking distance.
Sound from other rooms travels. I was kept awake by a tv that someone in another room had left on.
ZABreakfast was good. A lot too choose from. Would like to have a list beforehand to see what is offered. But must admit the Breakfast was excellent. Only I'm a fussy eater and see and taste and make me happy. Was a bit caught up with some issues from work ex work. But enjoyed the Breakfast. Will definitely come back excellent Stay. Friendly People. Excellent.
Maybe the Weather LOL. Had a peaceful Sleep. For a first time in a long time slept right through the night and felt Good.
