The property was lovely and very clean, big rooms with nice decoration.

The man who received us appeared annoyed with us-can’t tell if he was just grumpy by nature or he didn’t like us (or perhaps he didn’t like that we were with kids). That would normally not bother me if it wasn’t for what happened after we had checked out and left the next day. After a couple of hours had passed we realized we had left our bag with food (we had done shopping the day before) behind at the hotel -that is 100% the case as we did not go anywhere else and the bag was not with us in the car. My husband who speaks Italian called the reception and the man told him they didn’t find anything. Since we were still in the area, my husband decided to drive back to the hotel and double check -it was possible we had left the bag at the parking lot and maybe they didn’t see it. When the guy working there saw my husband he was visibly annoyed with the fact that he came back, and made a remark that we had left a mess in the room. I was absolutely shocked at this remark as I found it very unprofessional. We left no special mess-trash in the garbage can, perhaps a few crumbs on the floor from pizza crust which we had eaten at the table!, we even took our shoes off at the door because they were muddy and we indeed did NOT want to make a mess. I felt very offended by the comment. As for our lunch bag? It was gone. The hotel is on a remote road so it couldn’t have been taken by a passersby. Just very odd and it left us all with a bad feeling.

Tudo muito bom, quarto grande, confortável e chegamos um pouco mais tarde para o check-in e o anfitrião nos aguardou. Café da manhã muito bom também

Apenas uma das camas estava com o colchão mais "afundado". Mas nada que impediu uma boa noite de sono.
