Hotel Le Terrazze di Nappino

Pulizia della stanza e posizione strategica per le nostre esigenze (audizione di un concerto a pochissima distanza) e terrazza esterna con la vista di una porzione di Firenze.

Colazione misera e molto disordine esterno

Convenient location, bus stop just outside the hotel.

Very noisy room ( 1.30am first night and 3am the second night) from bar and restaurant downstairs! Car park was a shambles with rubbish, caravans and generally untidy! Very poor breakfast, virtually non existent (no plates). Definitely would not recommend it!

The restaurant and its menu were really good. Even if it was away from Florence, we liked the location. The bus stop was just in front of the accommodation. It was also great to have a car park on site. The staff were polite and friendly. The room and the bathroom were very clean.

The room was very basic in furniture. There was a door to the balcony, but it was of no use since it was unaccessible by permanently pulled down rollers, so we ended up in a room with no window and no fresh air.

only a minute after I made my reservation on booking I saw i booked it for the wrong night (one week earlier). i immediately sent a message to the hotel to ask if they could change my booking. no response. i think i sent in total 5 emails and got no reply. i called the hotel too to explain the situation and they just hung up the phone while i was talking! never before experienced such rude and unhelpful customer service.

THE Toscana village experience. You have a panorama of Firenze from the terrace. The best chef in Italy, magnicifico. Very good prices on the rooms (old but clean!) and also in the restaurant. They even have a nice little shop for everyday needs!

The bed was poor. Don't expect anything in walking distance, not even a park bench. You need a car here, but it is not a surprise. The bus was OK to go to the city but it's a nightmare to get back.
