地點還算方便，位於2個地鐵站中間，走路約8-10分鐘，附近也有公車站可搭乘，最近的超市在地鐵站旁。四人入住空間算大，有兩張雙人床，一個小型餐桌、2張椅子，行李也可以完全攤平；有兩段式電燈及小燈，房內有wifi、電視，有提供洗碗精、菜瓜布及抹布，附小型廚房、瓦斯爐、冰箱、微波爐、洗衣機、餐具、吸塵器，獨立廁所、浴缸、鞋櫃、衣櫃、衣架，衣架不夠可以向櫃台索取，若要洗衣需自備洗衣精或洗衣粉；每天10:00am前把垃圾放房門口會有人來收，並再提供新的垃圾袋，若要清潔服務需另付費，櫃台人員當值時間10:00am-22:00pm，退房後可以寄行李在櫃台。

床偏硬不是很舒適、翻身會晃有聲音，平底鍋有燒焦痕跡，窗戶不可以打開。

Квартирка маленькая, но все в ней есть. Можно приготовить еду на кухне, посуды достаточно. Кровати удобные.

Окна выходили на соседнее здание( расстояние между которыми 2 метра), из-за этого было неуютно . Слышимость между номерами высокая.
