One of the best places and have the most incredible view Egypt Can see pyramids of giza and sphinx And it was great experience in hotel and so thanks for "Hossam" he was helpful kind person And the recommendations of the tours he provide Thank you guys ♥️

Our experience at Egypt Pyramids Inn was fantastic. Everything was clean, the location and view is outstanding and the service was very helpful thanks to Hossam and his helper. I recommend this hotel 100%. Thanks to the staff for making this experience so great

Had booked “Panorama Room” (against Pyramids) and got a smaller/sideroom (street view) and next night a room w/o window. Hotel blamed Hotel.com. After confronting management, the hotel said it WAS the ordered room. Again blamed Expedia/Hotels.com. Hotel tried offering dinner and a “full day with guide, 8 hrs, for free” But it is NOT for free, as I payed more for the “panorama view-room” - every time I said I only want the room I payed for, the replied “all sold out” The last night we had the “suite” - a room beside the restaurant where staff and guests smokes right beside. The terrace to the room was stored old parasols and some electrical stuff sticking from the floor. Other guests had free view to this terrace from upstairs. Toilet door could not be closed/stay closed and the lock was jammed. Lots of staff but no control regarding booking - and the manager blames a new staff.. The place is absolutely not for people with less mobility. The rooms are located 3 stories up but by staircase. Staff constantly over service and grabs suitcases etc. Even after several “no thanks” and manager saying “let them do their work - they work here..” Our life’s dream-anniversary trip, booking a “panorama view room” ended up in having the “panorama” anywhere else than our rooms, sadly.

I don’t normally write reviews but I feel that this is the only way I can stop other U.S. travelers becoming the next victim of fraud or scam in Egypt on this property (Egypt Pyramids Inn). If you are traveling from the USA, please do not book this hotel! You don't have to trust me. You can book at your own risk and find out how dishonest this hotel and its management! Still waiting for my refund even though we did not stay there just two weeks ago! Here is the last message to them which they are ignoring and now Expedia is helping us to resolve the issue. This is the 4th message to the hotel and no response yet: February 12, 2025: “Hello, You are violating Expedia’s terms and conditions. Please refund the full amount of (omitted USD) since you were not able to offer the correct room type and we didn’t stay at your hotel. If not, I will be reporting this issue directly to Expedia and make sure you are not able to commit further fraud. Thank you.”

The view of the pyramids is priceless. The highlight of my Egypt experience was watching the sunset from our balcony.

Best view of the Pyramids, excellent friendly service, the best food, and very good room accommodations. I would come back without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Location is second to none. Staff are very friendly and give great service. If you are looking for the best Pyramids location, this is it.

The view was soooo stunning, worth it!!!

The only reason to book this hotel is the view. The location is directly in front of the Sphinx. Everything else about the hotel is very basic…just good enough for one or two nights at most. We ordered dinner and waited almost an hour to get the food. When it arrived the pizza and the kabobs were cold and we tasted dirt/dust on the food.

This hotel was not as advertised. We did not sleep there. We turned down the reservation.
