The whole place is run by shady people. They refuse to give receipt for payment of room. No where in the world a customer has to squabble and argue to obtain something as basic a right to get a bill in exchange for the money paid. They were not prepared for us, though we checked in 5 hrs late. The options selected like a extra large double bed was not provided. The staff didnot care about services. Horrible stay. It also reflects on the reputation of booking.com as they are supposed to check with the hotels for basic amenities and transparent legal monetary dealings.

The food was great but towards the costlier side. Check-in was flexible and the staff incorporated a special request to keep important medicines in the fridge. Other than the receptionist, all the other staff were cordial and welcoming.

First of all, we booked via call (which was recommended on our last visit). However, they denied check-in because they couldn’t find the booking. We had to do an online reservation on the spot which cost extra due to the urgency. The rates on booking.com were misleading because they don’t account for taxes, the actual booking amount far exceeded the price shown. Lunch was delivered 1.5 hrs after order and made us late for the subsequent medical appointment. It was delivered after several calls and personally enquiring at the reception. Breakfast was not included for our booking, but we were charged 250% higher than the regular breakfast rate (which was displayed on the Hotel’s confirmation mail). The room had a large pigeon’s nest right outside and was smelly/noisy. Basic amenities were missing in the room and the drapes didn’t close due to broken hooks. We booked a deluxe suite and based on the conditions of the room, it was quite overvalued. This is our third time staying at the hotel and it has gotten much worse since our last visit. Overall disappointing experience and will not be visiting again.
