Super location in the middle of Woodbridge with everything walkable. Excellent food and drink. Good service.

A very comfortable and friendly hotel in a very convenient location, a few minutes from the railway station and the town centre. A lovely spacious room, good breakfast menu, friendly staff, comfortable bar with outside seating for sunny weather. Everything we were looking for in a small-town hotel, better in fact than some larger establishments we've been to!

Lovely room, walk-wardrobe (always wanted one) everything good.

Bath slippy, shower would be better, need more safety handles.

Very good but not served on hot plates each day. Car parking was excellent.

Too long waiting for breakfast. Some 40 mins each day not acceptable.

The hotel is quite tired throughout.

The room was great, lots of space and a comfy bed. The bar and restaurant seemed quite ‘Spartan’ in design and to us lacked atmosphere (ok it was a Tuesday night but still the pizza place across the road was buzzing). Although I appreciate its harder to keep clean, I think wooden tables a few soft furnishings to absorb the noise and some quite background music might help, as it felt a more like a cafe than a pub or restaurant when we ate there, which is a shame as the food was great.
