It was fine. However, there was food, possibly dog food spread all over the floor and under the desk. That means they didn’t vacuum; and some of the furniture was dusty.

Enjoyed the stay and location is accessible.

There was no conditioner, no lotion, no tissues, a broken bathroom door, and when asking for an extra pillow they said they were all out. Otherwise it's a nice hotel and a great location.

On the last night of our week-long stay, the glass shower door fell while I was inside. It was terrifying and dangerous — especially with two young kids. A housekeeper witnessed it, and my husband reported it to the front desk, but the issue was only temporarily (and poorly) fixed. Shockingly, the manager wasn’t even informed until I spoke with him the next day. He admitted the shower was unsafe and moved us to another room — which had its own issue with loud bathroom noise all night. No financial compensation was offered, only 5,000 Hilton points. The Wi-Fi was terrible, and the second room had better amenities we didn’t get all week. As a Hilton member, this was frustrating, unsafe, and unacceptable. Still haven’t received the final invoice.

Room was clean, cool, quiet and smelled amazing.

Location

Safe neighborhood. Close to necessities. The room itself was adequate but we felt hotel is ready for refresh. Stained carpets. Sofa cushions worn. Found a palmetto bug in our room...but that could be climate. Common areas and breakfast good. Guest room ready for renovation.

Initially Hotels.com didn’t do something on their end and had a problem with checking in, but luckily, the general manager Barbara, or Bobbi, who worked the desk was such an amazing help with sorting everything out. I cannot stress how very professional and very helpful she was and I had an amazing stay at the hotel I booked for the night! Highly recommend booking there if you’re ever in the area!
