"Worst staff I’ve ever saw working in a single place"

Near the airport with hotel shuttle service

Hotel didn’t answers many of my questions. I had to call three times in order to get information. Part of it was wrong info. Reception staff not well prepared. Breakfast staff below average skills: I had to ask for ice and lemon for my sparkling water three times. The order was not exactly what I was told. The wait time for a starter took 45 min. People banging heads without logic coordination. Very poor communication among most of the staff. Phone calls drop all the time. Service is ridiculous. The rest was average! Not answering my questions was really annoying
