The views, location and staff make this place special especially the manager. He is so kind and helpful and great to have a morning chat over breakfast. His English is perfect and he is knowledgeable about many things. The views are some of the best in Kep and the rooms are furnished well with everything you could need. The pool is clean and very relaxing with the waterfall and there are shaded areas to unwind and read a book. A great location to walk down to the beach for a swim and close to the few restaurants in Kep or a short 25 minute walk along the coastline to the Crab Market. I recommend the walk at sunset as there are many places to stop and have a photo or grab a drink at the cliff coffee shop about halfway. I'll definitely be staying here again when I return to Cambodia 😊

Basic but comfortable. The bedsheets were extremely clean and soft and the air-conditioning was excellent. Location is excellent for Kep Beach and its about midway between the port to Rabbit Island and the famous crab market which are an easy tuktuk ride away or a 20min walk or so in either direction. Picturesque pool area with great views of the ocean even from our room. They keep clean towels stacked in pool area for use at both the pool and beaches. Food is basic but no complaints and they sold water for a reasonable price unlike some of the restaurants and bars we encountered. Everyone working there was friendly and helpful. One of the staff also has a husband with a tuktuk which made our last day tour logistics so much smoother.

Gap between the door and frame meant mosquitos were difficult to keep out but we managed by keeping the air-conditioning high and using repellent around the door at night. The mini "jacuzzi/waterfall" type pool was not kept cleaned of the plant life that fell in whilst we were there. Strong chlorine smell from the shower water and water pressure and temperature a bit lacking. Minimal toiletries (small basic shower gel) so bring your own shampoo and conditioner (and maybe your own shower gel if you like more scented products).

We were quoted $5.50 up for breakfast but changed $6.50 us not a ot but 3 days for 3 people

The bathroom has mould and rot around the bottom door frame. No exhaust fan so no wonder.

Prijeten,čist hotel,z zelo prijaznim osebjem,pred vsem Theo. Izhodišče do tržnice,park je nad hotelom,do plaže nekaj korakov. Bazen in prostor ob bazenu sta čista in urejena. Tukaj bi se gotovo vrnila.

Pazite tržnico,če kupujete ribe-rake. Rajši jih pojejte v restavraciji.
