La camera è ristrutturata recentemente, ampia e con un bel bagno. In comune con un'altra camera c'è poi un cicinotto per fare il tè o il caffè. Camera a soli 400 mt dalla stazione stella polare della metromare,quindi comoda per muoversi . vicino allo stabile ci sono supermercati,bar,pasticcerie e ristoranti . Ci sono rimasta solo una notte, per andare al palapellicone, quindi il mare che è vicino, l'ho visto di sfuggita e non posso giudicarlo.

Lo stabile della camera e' datato, e la vista dal terrazzino, non è granché, perché si vede un campo abbandonato con una grande gettata di cemento.
