Shared common area with the other room - a bit less privacy. Same as in a hotel.

Small treats were very nice. Violetta was lovely and very kind.

Breakfast was all wrapped up in plastic: a bunch of cookies and snacks, lots of plastic waste.

The host was very helpful and accommodating and made a great effort to ensure we were comfortable. The room was tidy, clean and modern. Highly recommended.

even though it’s only miles away from FCO, it’s a process to get there & it’s a food desert even on a weekend. i had thought I was making it easier by staying in that area but it wasn’t.

We stayed at Hawai room and simply fell in love with the place on the first sight, Fabio, the host, was super kind and helpful from the very beginning and he made our stay super comfy. The room is spacious, with new bathroom where you can find more than everything you need. Sweet breakfast was very delicious and could feed half of the house :). As we are traveling a lot, we recommend these rooms as a Superb option while traveling to the south Rome. And as already mentioned, Fabio makes you feel like you just arrived home :) looking forward to come back!
