The lady in reception was really friendly. The breakfast was really good and freshly cooked. The hotel in nicely located in the center of Windermere, close to all the restaurants and bars of the region, although somewhat far from the lakes (30 min walk). The hotel has parking space, room was quiet and warm in winter.

Shower space is really limited (horizontally and vertically) - I'm 1.9m tall and couldn't stand inside the shower. Beds were too soft and small so couldn't get a good night of sleep. The parking space is really limited and could be difficult to use depending on the occupancy.
