Family friendly property, clean and comfy warm bed, good shower head

The staff were lovely and friendly .The grounds and tents spotless .

Such a great novelty to stay in a safari tent!

It’s very remote and there’s not much activity - which I’m sure some would love - we ate all meals alone in the restaurant, and it was so quiet. Not a negative thing about the property at all, we just enjoy a little more interaction with other travellers and a little more going on.

Our first glamping experience and it couldn’t have been better! Everything was spotless, super spacious, and the location is perfect - just a 2-minute drive from Dubbo Zoo.

The food at the restaurant wasn’t very tasty (though the wine was good). We expected a bit more for the price - overall, it was just okay. We didnt try pizzas though, maybe those are better options.

We really enjoyed our stay We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was yum! Staff were also very lovely. We also had a very lovely lady who would come and check if we needed anything at all for our room each morning! After a long day at the zoo it was awesome that we had only a few minutes drive back to relax and unwind!

The accommodation was fantastic, homey, comfortable and luxurious. The restaurant, was fabulous, food was yummy. The pool was what was needed after a day of walking around the zoo. The best was the staff, friendly and helpful.

I couldn't really tell you anything, my son and I loved the experience.

Its out of Town

The tent was cramped even for 3 (sleeps 5). There was an extra fold out bed in the main room which we didn't need and made it all a bit tight. Would have preferred a small table with a couple of chairs or a small couch in that position as we really had no where to sit and eat... Perhaps we chose the wrong tent. Also i'd loose the netting over the 4 poster bed as its torn in places and showing dirty bits... We didn't use the restaurant as there was a wedding (no issue) and weren't sure where to go to eat as we didn't want to interfere with the wedding... a couple of simple signs suggesting where to order and sit would have made life easier. Lastly, I imagine those tents are very expensive but as the sun went down, the coolness of the evening meant we have to zip up the whole tent, would have been really nice if the zippered sections had clear plastic to see through so we could have watched the sun set while staying nice and warm inside.

A family friendly property a few minutes drive to town and close to the zoo and observatory. The beds were comfortable and the attached bathroom had great water pressure in the shower.
