Very helpful and friendly staff. With physical difficulties a front desk person at the reception helped me carry luggage to the taxi. Thank You. The hotel is located in the pedestrian zone thus taxis have to stop 300 meters from the entrance.

Electricity in the room is a bit unstable. The card slot appears to be warn, which means that electricit some times are cutoff, and the card needs to be inserted once again. This is especially problematic when linked to a CPAP machine. When it turns off, I cannot breathe during sleep, and wakes up in alarm, low saturation and heart racing. However, I am sure the hotel staff will look into it. It is this kind of hotel. It can be recommended. Even what I did not like can be turned into a recommendation

From the minute we opened the front door we ere made to feel very welcome and the staff remained helpful throughout our stay. Very comfortable modern room with good air conditioning. Superb bathroom with large walk in shower. Perfectly located to walk to many attractions and many bars and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.
