Otelin konumu oldukça güzeldi. Kaldığımız odanın teras manzarası, şehrin en güzel noktalarından birine bakıyordu. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi, destek talebinde bulunduğum her konuda oldukça yardımcı oldular. Tüm ekibe teşekkür ediyorum. Otele gelmeden önce 5 yaşında bir çocuğum olduğunu belirtmiştim. İkinci yatak, odaya geldiğimizde hazırlanmıştı.

TV sisteminde, müşteri profili dikkate alınarak uluslararası yayın yapan kanallara (örneğin Türk kanalları vb.) yer verilmesi ve ayrıca Youtube gibi dijital uygulamaların bulunması, misafir deneyimi açısından önemli bir katma değer sağlayacaktır.

Вежливый и внимательный персонал Удобное расположение В качестве комплимента - пара билетов в Народный музей (соседнее здание от отеля) Номер нормального размера где было все, что нужно для проживания Завтраки стандартные по ассортименту, но еда вполне вкусная

некоторые стилистические решения по оформлению стен, но это дело вкуса
