The staff was unfriendly, and there was no response when I greeted them, and in the end, we only talked to them at check-in.
駅も善光寺も近くて便利でした。 山登り後の大きいリュックも、善光寺参り中預かってくれ、ありがたかったです。
一階のカフェで夜遅くまで騒いでいたのが気になった。

駅からも近く、施設も綺麗でした。 はじめての施設で不安があったため、スタッフの案内がもう少し丁寧だと良かったなと思いました。
22時までにチェックインするとスタッフが対応するが、22時過ぎにチェックインする可能性があるので事前に支払うと500円値引きされて、セルフチェックイン案内メールが宿泊前日に来た。結局22時までにチェックインしたがメール内容が役にたった。寝巻きとシャワー後のタオルと洗面タオルを借りたのでプラス500+300+200円でチェックイン時に借りた。非常に快適でよく眠れた。
最終チェックイン時間に遅れそうになりましたが、とても丁寧に対応いただき安心しました。
Really nice place to stay some days
清潔感があります
道路沿いに面していますが、騒音の心配もなくよく眠れました。駅からも近く、隣が24時間スーパー、向かいにマツキヨ、レストランやお店にも囲まれ便利な立地です。自転車が1時間100円で借りられて大変助かりました。また次回利用させていただきたいです。
